thanks #24 & 25

#24 good men
This picture was taken after the christening of my wee nieces, I saw these men together and realised that it was a rare opportunity to get a photo of some important people.
All of these blokes are straight talking, they all have my best interests at heart, they can all be cantankerous at times and each one has a tender heart. On the left is my brother and that's his baby boy. On the right is my great uncle, known to us as "the Patriarch", he's the last of his generation and becoming increasingly forgetful but is still concerned for us all.

In the middle is #25, my adoptive Uncle E. At some point this bloke decided that I was special and he's never let me forget it, even with considerable evidence to the contrary. I mention him first because he is in the picture but I can't mention him without his wife, Aunty E. This couple have always been there for me and for our extended family. Everybody needs someone like them in their life.

    thanks :)
friends and family seem to be terribly obvious and predictablebut it would be wrong to spend a month giving thanks without them getting in the picture somewhere!
these blokes dont read my blog but maybe i can find a way to get them to see it....

    cheers
