I can give a cheap curly hair cut if anyone is satisfied with the cut they had in it. Carefully put the hair up in pincurls from little squares of the hair on your head. Start at the bottom and take down the bottom rows of curls one at a time. Wet it and snip the same amount all over. The cut will be very good if the original cut was good. Your daughter can do this.
I cut the hair of a friend because she made me. I had made her cut just the length of my very long hair. She declared it was the best cut she ever had.
If my hair was like yours in the picture, I would fluff it out to be a truly wild cut to match wild me...lol. Just kidding because I am not wild at all.

I am yet to come across one who has ever been adequately fed. Those doleful eyes are priceless.
