I've been away from blogland, the weekend involved about eleven hours of driving and multiple social meals. I managed to squeeze in a little sleep and educated Miss London on how to do a road trip Kylie fashion. There are still a couple of hectic days to come but I will eventually be around to your blogs and reply to your comments here.
In the meantime, I wish all of my readers a lovely Christmas. I hope you get to eat some good food, spend time with people you like and feel the joy of the season.
I didn't take more than a handful of photos for various reasons but here they are, proof that I've been out and about.
Love to you!

Have a great Christmas.
ReplyDeleteThanks, Red
DeleteHappy Christmas to you (and thank you so much for the card which arrived yesterday).
ReplyDeleteLove your happy smiling faces, and you can smile so broadly your face hurts over the next few days.
Thanks, EC!
DeleteI'll be thinking of your fruit salad tomorrow :)
Have a wonderful Christmas, Kylie!!
ReplyDeleteSXXX
And you, ms Scarlet!
DeleteI wish for you a very joyous Christmas. May you find good health and a happy heart.
ReplyDeleteBathhurst as a name means something to me but I'm certain I've never be,en there. I must look it up and see what the connection could be. Thinking about it when I lived in NZ I've a feeling that I watched ute racing taking place at Bathurst. I shall definitely check.
If you are into the car racing you would know the Bathurst 1000, Graham
DeleteA Happy Christmas to you too. We hope to see you in the New year!
ReplyDeleteI'm on it!
DeleteWhat a whirlwind few days. I always thought Bathurst was a large town, not just an old house on the side of the road. Maybe that was all that was left after you and Miss London visited.
ReplyDeleteHappy Christmas to you Kylie.
Alphie
You got me, Alphie!
ReplyDeleteEnjoy your Christmas
Thank you. I wish you the same and hope that you have a grand time.
ReplyDeleteWe did!
DeleteI'm sending Christmas greetings to you and your family from the Garden State down south from you. Next year will be a better one for sure :)
ReplyDeleteThanks Cathy!
DeleteThat's a lot of driving in a short time! I love the pictures of Harry & Friends, and of you and your road trip pal. There is a Bathurst in our neighbouring province. Anytime I look at a map of faraway places I am amazed by the duplication (or triplication, etc) of place names!
ReplyDeleteWishing you peace and joy and treats to eat :)
The exhaustion from all that driving hit me several days later!
DeleteAnd the treats seem unending :)
Lovely photos Kylie. Wishing you a very Happy Christmas.
ReplyDeleteI had a lovely Christmas though I was so busy eating cherries that the mince pies are waiting for another day.
DeleteLove the double trouble photo! Happy new year Kylie!
ReplyDeleteHappy 2019 to you, too!
DeleteBelated Xmas Greetings Kylie! Next time you visit Jervis Bay please take photos of Port Perpendicular Lighthouse. It's nice to see that Harry has found himself nice girlfriend.
ReplyDeleteThe lighthouse is actually in this photo (or at least in the field of view) It's over on the headland across the bay from where I stood.
DeletePoint Perpendicular?" I should hope that all lighthouses would be perpendicular, that is unless a storm knocked them over--ha.
DeleteLol! The lighthouse is perpendicular and apparently so is the point
DeleteThe photos prove nothing! You might have hired someone to take them for you to cover up your terrorist activities.
ReplyDeleteSocial meals? Would they take your plate away from you if you sat there and ignored people while rapidly stuffing your face?
Hire someone? I'd rather drink lattes!
