Thanks to Suzanne for this award.......
Suze's requirement of anyone accepting this award was that they post a comment on her blog telling her two things they like about themselves. Inspired by that I thought I would tell you something I appreciate about my regular readers.
Bindi: You are always interested, encouraging and helpful. Your love for Serene shines through your posts and your comments and there is nothing so important as loving parents....keep it up!
Mark and Jo: You are both quietly encouraging and reliable, your care for others is obvious.
Peter: Your cheeky comments are a load of fun and you manage to throw in an interesting comment occaisionally, too :)
Suzanne: You shine as "the Matriarch", caring about so much and so many it's exhausting to hear about.
Cecile: It's inspirational to see you fit so much in to life...family, career, music, blogging, writing, poetry and painting.....and that's just what you tell us about!
Gig: at the risk of repeating myself, you are also encouraging with a clear concern and appreciation for those around you.
Leah: I knew we were some kind of kindred spirits when I saw your blog's new vocabulary list. You have a great turn of phrase and strong opinions you're not afraid to share...there should be more of it!
The thing I like about Muser is that he probably isn't even going to read this because he's gathered his courage and his motivation to get out there and grab life.....Bravo!
Of course, I have one or two non-blogging readers and to you I say: How would I have got to be the wonderful and modest person I am without you as an ever supportive rent-a-crowd? Thanks.
An occasional interesting comment? *Humph*
ReplyDeleteBut at least I'm cheeky!! ;-)
Such kind words - Kylie, you are an inspiration with you words, your actions and your prayers. If I were religious, I'd pray to keep you safe and happy, but, alas, I am not - could someone else do it for me please??
luv ya hun,
PJ xx
Dear Kylie,
ReplyDeleteThank you for your kind words....
Let me echo what Peter just said "you are an inspiration...
I find peace and happiness in every one of our blogs... How sweet to have such a beautiful group..
Peter, am religious and sure I'll pray for you and everyone...each and every one here is part of my family...
Have a great day!
♥ & ((hugs))

Kylie, that is just lovely. Thank you so much. And I love coming here to visit your blog! There is always something neat to mull over.
ReplyDeleteSpeaking of vocabulary, I haven't added to my list in quite awhile! I must do so.

Kylie,
ReplyDeleteI'll expect the cheque in about a month, knowing the Russian post!! ;-)
I know you're safe and happy, but there's no harm in wishing more for you, eh?
Luv ya,
Peej aka Cheeky Chappy
G'day all,

G'day All,

Cheers,
John
It's all been said ...

Hello,
ReplyDeletePlease pray for the people of Myanmar. See A yarn with God.
My thanks to yo u all.
John (Dad)
Hey, I just want to know why I'm #4 and why I got only 17 words to Leah's gazillion?! I'm going to protest outside my Awards Ceremony! (Is this my Awards Ceremony?) Oh and by the way...you spelled dictionary, dictiniary. You were so busy talking about all the "big" words you know that you forgot how to spell a simple one. God help you woman because I can't!
ReplyDeleteOkay, I'll be serious. You spelled dictionary wrong. Okay, I'll stop. I'll be really serious. What a beautiful post and thank you. Not only for your kind words to me, but everyone else. You're a remarkable woman young lady and you make blogging worthwhile (Leah, Kylie, is that one word or two?). And one thing's for certain, we have an amazing circle of friends. I hope we always remain as we are today.
Thank you Kylie. I love you.
Suze XO
Two more things. First, thanks so much for your comments about "Buddy." I've been trying to complete the post for two days, to no avail. I spent so much time rewriting the post again today and it didn't publish, although I'd saved it throughout. I removed the entire post and will hopefully find time to try again tomorrow. I printed all the comments because they were so supportive and lovely. Thank you for yours and for your prayers.
ReplyDeleteSecond, I have a friend, Lavinia Ladyslipper who needs you and Dad. If you can find the time, please find her on my current post (I haven't found time to link to her yet, but will). She's asking for prayers. Who better to pray than you and Dad. I'm also going to ask her to visit A yarn with God. Thanks sweetie.
Hope you're having a great day.
XO Suze
hey special,
ReplyDeletewhere are ya hun??

Peej xx

ReplyDeletexx
Oh Kylie, I don't want you to be uninspired. You make blogging fun! Well, do what you have to do.
ReplyDeleteIf you have time visit my friend Josie in Canada (you can find her on my blog roll), page down to the second post "Young Mother Sewing." You won't regret it. Trust me!
Hi Peter. I'll be over soon if I can get the energy. I'm running on an empty battery. :)
Love you both,
Suze
Well, thanks. And yes life does get full sometimes, but I wouldn't have it anyother way. I just got off the phone with Suzanne,(we talked for three hours)we had a blast. I love life, Kylie. I love to live life, and we only get one, so yep, I'm going to live every last drop out of life that I can. Damn, I'm tired, so I'm going to bed and refill my gas tank of life. *YAWN*
ReplyDeleteKylie hun,
ReplyDeletethat's ok my dear - I was just missing ya, and being a little selfish!
You take as much time as you need - I see you've been busy on 'A yarn....'.
Talk to you soon,
PJ xxx
