  2. Donating to Anglicare is a fantastic gesture, Kylie and I'm sure that your donation will give a family some joy at this time of year. Those tomatoes look scrumptious. I liked your previous post about the car and boat. Although i am surprised that your local council hasn't given it a notice of intention to tow it away! Not having ever owned a car I don't know what the notice is called.
I hope that you had a good weekend.

    Cheers and God bless,

Those tomatoes look great! The homegrown kind are always the tastiest! They will be some fine eating!

  4. We didn't get any tomatoes last summer because everybody moved and stuff. Homegrown are oh so much better than the ones in the store!

    Nice picture!

no kudos to me, bob but they do look fantastic, dont they?
i think they're all the better for not being completely uniform like the shop ones often are

  6. kooka,
i dont know what those notices are called either but 'm sure that we would have had one if we'd been in a street where there's more traffic. we have had a number of men who buy old cars come around asking about it.
it was a good weekend, thanks

    cheers

  8. Okay, it's official. I can live without almost anything in the whole world, but not tomatoes. Nope, can't do it. The best come out of the compost pile. I'm a simple woman with simple needs. Seriously.

  9. Kylie,

The Compost tomatoes look extremely tasty.

One could almost imagine they would have been grown in Leichhardt or Earlwood by some Luigi mafioso or some other kindly Italian immigrant.

  14. Absolutely beautiful tomatoes. I tried to grow some, but the squirrels stole them all. :(

I'll have to figure a way to keep the squirrels away. If it isn't them, then it is the possums. I can't win.

  15. Mmmm... sun warmed tomato slices, with basil AND feta. Yum. I could live on that.
