Look away if you're sensitive

I saw, in my web meanderings, some underwear printed with flamingos.

It was a men's style but the print was just so joyous and fun and ...well, pink. I had to know more. One click and I found an Australian company making underwear with fabulous prints. It is a subscription service, which is a strange way to buy undies (no, I don't say panties, the word makes me gag)

Anyhow, I thought I wouldn't mind a new pair once a month for at least a couple of months and I signed up, secure in the knowledge that I was not obliged to buy any more than one pair.

They arrived today and I gave them a tick for the compostable package.

Then I found the wet pack I didn't want

And the transfers I also didn't want

And the stickers

By this time I have decided I'm obviously not in their target demographic or they would know I don't want all this excessive junk........

But maybe there would be flamingos?

No, no flamingos either

  2. What is a wet pack? Are the stickers for your body or to put on notebooks or laptops? I don't understand at all. I have never said "undies" in my life. Is there are reason or meaning about the word "panties" that I don't know? Write them and ask them were are the flamingos.

    1. wet pack seems to be the trendy new term for a toiletry bag. The stickers are for notebooks and similar items. The transfers might be stick on type tattoos, I'm not sure.
I think undies is an Australian term and there's really nothing wrong with panties except I associate it with dirty, lecherous old men.
I knew I might not get flamingos, I think each month is different, but I hoped it would be equally attractive. It's all in the eye of the beholder I guess

    2. kylie,
Thanks for the explanation. I suppose panties does not have the same connection for me. Can you ask for flamingos? Oh, I have hear wet pack as something to carry wet things in, swimsuits, dirty clothing, and such.

  3. Maybe the flamingos are invisible. Just saying. I don't like any of those other patterns. I'd send them back and ask for a refund.
But I'm not an online shopper.

    1. Also, does the word "panties" remind you of Rolf Harris?
