Thanks #7

Today I was more than usually thankful to go to my regular chiropractic appointment. I have had no end of vague aches, stiff muscles and extra brain fog this last week or two and if she has performed her usual minor miracle my chiro Mary has fixed it all. I'll know for sure tomorrow.

Later:
When I wrote this post I was just trying to quickly post my bit of gratitude for the day but now that I have a couple of interested comments and some time I have to tell you all about chiropractic.
I first was taken to a chiro when I was a cranky wee girl, so young I can't even remember. Apparently some treatment improved my attitude and so my journey with chiro began. I would be taken along periodically (probably when I was unbearable) so when, in my mid twenties, I felt sort of tight and uncomfortable in my shoulders I found myself a chiro and have had an adjustment every month since.
Chiropractic treatment had relieved my kids of serious bedwetting problems, my husband and brother-in-law of headaches and me of some you'll-just-have-to-live-with-it womens problems.
It has helped asthma, sore tummies, bad attitude, flu and a host of non-specific irritating little sore bits.
We rarely visit the doctor and I haven't had a prescription for antibiotics for the last ten years (and that was post-op)

I can't stress highly enough the benefit of chiropractic, everybody should go, every newborn, every sick person, every well person, young and old. No Joke.
